The type of yoga I teach is Hatha.
I firmly believe in the physical and mental benefits of the combination of asana (positions) and conscious breathing.
Sometimes in my lessons I also like to include a small part dedicated to mantras to channel and enhance the effectiveness of the practice.
I also practice Sound Healing sessions, THAT IS sound massage with Tibetan bells WHOSE benefits include stress reduction and calming effect.
MY LESSONS TAKE into account the uniqueness of the person and theIR different needs.
Both yoga and Tibetan bells are suitable for singles, couples or groups.
SEASONED PRACTITIONERS OR beginners of any age ARE WELCOME.
EACH SESSION lastS 60 minutes. mats and equipment can be provided on request.
