GuestS can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. the total price of the reservation WILL BE CHARGED FOR cancelLING within 5 days of arrival.

Smoking is not allowed IN THE ROOMS AND ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING. ASHTRAYS ARE PROVIDED for OUTDOOR.

guests are not permitted to consume their own food and drinks in the communal areas, internal and/or external.

The property reserves the right to charge guests an extra fee for leaving excessive rubbish and/or cause damages during their stay.

Room facilities

Every room has a private bathroom. WiFi is free of charge. There is no TV in the rooms. for longer stays towels and bed linen are changed every third day.

Quiet hours

Guests need to be quiet between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

 

Pets

Pets of any kind are not allowed.
