early check-in
it is possible to request the option of an early check-in at 1.30pm.
for direct bookings the cost is €20 and it can be added either at the time of booking on the site or when paying for the reservation at check-in.
for guests using booking.com the cost is €25 and will be added to the payment at check-in.

PAYMENt for the booking
IS TAKEN AT CHECK-IN ON ARRIVAL.

DIRECT bookings
direct bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card even in the case of bank transfer.
bank transfer is only possible up to 3 working days before ARRIVAL date.

bookings with BOOKING.COM
the credit CARD is requested to guarantee the reservation AND we reserve the right to temporarily block the full amount before arrival date.
Cancellations
a direct booking and a booking with booking.com can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, the guest WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE RESERVATION.

If you have specific dietary requirements or suffer from food allergies please inform the property manager immediately to allow time for suitable arrangements.
Children
Children AND INFANTS ARE not allowed.
Cribs and extra beds
Cribs and extra beds are not available.
Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18 YEARS OLD.
Smoking
it is not allowed IN THE ROOMS AND ANYWHERE INside THE BUILDING. ASHTRAYS ARE PROVIDED OUTDOORs.

Parties & events
private Parties/events are not allowed.
Food & Drink consumption
IT IS FORBIDDEDN TO consume YOUR own food and drinks in the communal areas, internal and/or external.
FOR HEALTH REASONS YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS CANNOT BE STORED IN our FRIDGES.

damages
malfunctions and/or problems must be reported immediately to the property manager. The property reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card a penalty fee of minimum 50€ for leaving excessive rubbish and/or cause damages during their stay.

Room facilities
Each room has a private bathroom.
Wi-Fi is free.
the rooms.
in order to maintain a peaceful and healthy environment our rooms do not have a Tv or mini fridge.
the complimentary liquid soap and hair&body wash are natural cosmetics produced by local laboratory anthos.
for long stays towels and bed linen are changed every third day. daily room cleaning is upon request.

Quiet hours
Guests need to be quiet between the hours of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pets
Pets of any kind are not allowed.

storage
It is not allowed to store bikes and/or large items in the room. if this is ignored, any damages to the property will not be covered by insurance and be paid in full by the guests.
